How do I book with Discover Peru Now?

• Please email us or fill out the online form, and a travel representative will contact you within 24 hours with a detailed intinerary.


• A booking is accepted and becomes definite from the date Discover Peru Now receives the client's deposit.

To book with Discover Peru Now please provide the following info:

• First and last name
• Passport number
• ISC card if applicable (for student discounts)
• Nationality
• Date of birth

Payment Details

• For orders less than $1500 USD, full payment of booking is due immediately. For orders over $1500 USD, a 30% booking fee is due upon confirmation of intinerary details. 45 days prior to departure date, full outstanding balance is due. (penalties will be incurred if outstanding balance not paid between days 45 to 30 before departure date).


• When you are completely satisfied with your trip intinerary details, payment can be sent by credit card through Paypal (invoice will be sent), certified cheque or money order, bank wire transfer, or email money transfer (Canadian banks only), or Western Union.


• Bookings made within 45 days of departure date, full balance due upon confirmation of intinerary details.


• Bookings made within 10 days of departure are subject to a $50 USD late booking fee.


• All payments must be made in either US$ or CAD$.

Cancellation Fees

• The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided the cancellation is advised in writing, and will be subject to penalties. Payments for domestic flights and Inka Trail bookings are non-refundable due to airlines and operators´ policies. All other reservations cancelled less then 45 days prior to the departure date of the tour are subject to the following cancellation fees:

19-9 Days	70%
8 Days or less	100%

• In case of postponing the trip, an administration fee of 10% of the trip price will be charged plus the amount already spent on non-refundable subcontracted services.

Travel Agency Responsibilities

• Discover Peru Now , is an independent contractor that arranges packages for individual and group travel. Responsible for making the arrangements for all accommodations & services, except to the extent that accommodations or services cannot be supplied due to reasons beyond their control. If is necessary to modify a tour itinerary due to local sonditions, Discover Peru Now has the right to cancel, change or substitute any of the services included with comparable alternatives without compensation.

Travel Documents

• Obtaining proper citizenship and/or foreign travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler(s). Please contact the corresponding consulate before your schedule departure date.


• Passport is mandatory for travel to Peru

Health and Vaccinations

• All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their choosing. Persons over 60 years of age will be advised to obtain medical evidence of fitness to travel on the chosen itinerary.


• If in the opinion of such person the health or conduct of a Client before or after departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of a tour, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour.


• Peru does not require any immunizations for entry, although it recommends vaccination against Yellow Fever.

Airfare

• Discover Peru Now does not directly offer airfare from your country at this time although we do have online partners that offer great prices on airfare. Please visit one of our partners to compare prices.

     



• Airfare within the country of Peru may be directly purchased through us. Flights will be booked with Lan Peru or Taca Airlines and prices for airfare will be confirmed upon booking. For current prices please visit www.lan.com, or TACA.COM you will be billed the actual price at time of booking.
